How to do it

  1. Open the photo and zoom in to the mark.
  2. Set a small brush and dab over the blemish or spot.
  3. Erase. Fix several marks in one pass if they're far apart.
  4. Zoom out and compare, then download.

Will it change my skin tone?

Only the masked pixels are regenerated, sampled from nearby skin, and blended with feathered edges, so tone generally matches. Unmasked skin is untouched.
